• Package benefits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services
• Any unused package inclusions during the stay will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided
• In the event of unfavorable weather, the activities may be rescheduled or substituted with an alternative experience of equal value
